The QTVR2 Xtra is a "custom" Xtra. It allows some extra functionality beyond the normal Quicktime Xtra, such as allowing you to:

• Embed QuickTime movies within your QTVR files
• Embed QuickDraw3d objects within your QTVR files
• Use QuickTime movies as transition between nodes
• Dynamically navigate QTVR movies using Director controls
• Receive all the necessary QTVR feedback during authoring and playback within Director

Note: To make custom Xtras available to Director, place them in the Xtras folder located in the same folder as the Director application. You must do this before you launch Director.
